The 5'x12' wood carved wall mural is placed in the lobby of the Towamencin Corporate Center, Lansdale PA. The mural is sculpted form eight different species of wood, such as basswood, butternut, walnut, and cherry. Depicted in the mural are scenes of the animals, birds, and fish. Rural life in Eastern Pennsylvania is also shown, with carvings of farmers, buildings, and farm animals.
The left side of the mural depicts the wildlife found in Pennsylvania. The mural then transitions to the right side and scenes of rural life. Other materials were added to the mural, such as small pebbles, and sheet metal for the weathervanes.
To create a wood carved wall mural for your facility, contact Mark to discuss your concept and collaborate to make it happen. Mark can create drawings so that you can visualize your concept. Suggestions and changes can be made to the drawings until you arrive at best design. In some cases a clay model can be made to work out the design.
Once the design is decided on, sculpting of the mural can begin. Photos of the progress will keep you up to date with the work. On completion, the mural will be delivered and installed. Commissions are always welcome.
